Acceptance

By creating an account or using OrigamiFalcon, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Account

One account per person. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for notifying us of unauthorized access. Accounts are provisioned or registered per the realm applicable to you.

Service description

OrigamiFalcon provides trading analysis signals and related tools. Signals are analysis-led content for informational purposes. They are not financial advice and are not guaranteed to be profitable.

Subscriptions

Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Price changes are communicated 30 days in advance. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions violations, sharing or selling account credentials, automated scraping or bot access without an official API key, reverse engineering signals or algorithms, spam, harassment, impersonation, or uploading malware.

Intellectual property

All content, logos, code, and signals are OrigamiFalcon property. Your data belongs to you; you grant us a licence to use it to deliver the service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of trading profits. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You indemnify OrigamiFalcon against claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations immediately, or for convenience with 30 days notice. You may terminate at any time. Data is retained according to the retention schedule.

Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved by arbitration in India. Governing law: India. Jurisdiction: courts in India.

Force majeure

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, government action, or internet outages.

Severability and entire agreement

If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy and Cookie policies, form the entire agreement.
