Cancellation Policy

How to cancel

Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or email support@origamifalcon.in.

Effect of cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no immediate cutoff and access continues until the period ends.

No fees

No cancellation fees and no early termination fees.

Data retention

Account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can reactivate. After 30 days, data is deleted per the retention schedule.

Reactivation

You can reactivate within 30 days by logging in and resubscribing. After 30 days, a new account is required.

Partial refunds

See the Refund Policy for pro-rated refunds within 7 days of renewal.
